APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before the treatment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price, according to the current price list, will be charged. The fee does not apply if the client provides a substitute who pays the full price of the treatment.
For cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance or in the case of an unexcused absence, the cancellation fee is 100% of the treatment price.
